Recently appeared information about American concerns of supervisors terms of the deal between Lenovo and IBM , which involves the transfer of a Chinese company assets related to the production server hardware entry level.   In an interview with Reuters resource Lenovo CEO said that he has no special concerns about the breakdown of transactions with IBM and Motorola Mobility, which has not yet received approval from the U.S. and Chinese regulators.  According to him, progress in this area is observed in both countries, and to the end of the year the transaction will be approved with a high probability. Such statements are not heard in the brightest for US-China relations while.  The United States recently accused five Chinese specialists in an attempt to break the information systems of some U.S. companies to gain access to trade secrets.  In turn, China joins the international community in protest against mass spying on Web users and telecommunication channels by the U.S. intelligence.
