AMD in the current block will present four core processors class phenom and in the first quarter of the following year will appear phenom processors with three cores. Here is new information from AMD road map, which clarify the announcement scenario of phenom processors with four core. The announcement of first phenom processors 9xxx is planned during November or December , three models agena will be available: Phenom 9700 - > four core, Socket AM2+, system bus hyperTransport 3.0 with 4 GHz frequency , default frequency 2.6 GHz, 4 X 512 KB cache in the second level, 2 mb cache in the third level, TDP value not more than 125 W; Phenom 9600 - > four core, Socket AM2+, system bus hyperTransport 3.0 with 3.6 GHz frequency  , default frequency 2.4 GHz, 4 X 512 KB cache in the second level, 2 mb cache in the third level, TDP value not more than 89 W; Phenom 9500 - > four core, Socket AM2+, system bus hyperTransport 3.0 with 3.6 GHz frequency , default frequency 2.2 GHz, 4 X 512 KB cache in the second level, 2 mb cache in the third level, TDP value not more than 89 W. The default frequencies range for agena processors was predicted accurately: 2.2-2.6 GHz. Tricore processors work at higher frequencies, exceeding analogous in characteristics four core processors by 100 MHz. Processor with frequencies more than 2.6 GHz (four core) will be ready in the second quarter 2008. The first model phenom FX with frequency not less than 2.6 GHz will be released only in the first quarter 2008 - (Phenom FX-82). In the second quarter 2008 , AMD will release the model phenom FX with higher frequency.
