In November- December will appear the four core processor models, they will be more expensive than the existing dual cores AMD processors . In the first quarter 2008 must appear the processors series phenom FX, which are characterized by high clock frequency. Nearer to the end of the first quarter will appear the trincore processors toliman, and in the second quarter will be presented the long-awaited dual cores processors athlon 6xxx. Phenom processors with three cores will be announced in the end of March 2008. Phenom 7xxx processors will be socket AM2+ compatible, equipped 3 x 512 KB cache in the second level, 2 mb cache in the third level it will support hyperTransport and  DDR-2 memory support. Only in first half of 2009 as change will arrive the three core 45 nm processors hexa socket AM3, supporting DDR-2 and DDR- 3. The success of tricore processors will mainly depend on the successful relationship of price and performance in comparison with dual core and four core analog. Related Products :
