Graphic solutions from AMD and NVIDIA started flickering in various open sources, and the audience could not help wondering at what technologies will be releasing new GPUs.  However, colleagues from Fudzilla reported that both companies can skip the 20-nm process technology, and already in 2016   offer serial graphics solutions produced by the 16-nm technology using FinFET-structures.  According to the source, in relation to the GPU 20 nm technology standards do not provide the required level of yield of processors, and the life cycle of the process technology is too short to be translated into a large and expensive items such as graphics processors.   Although TSMC enthusiastically increases the volume of 20-nm products output, they may well remain predominantly mobile processors, relatively compact and profitable to produce.  Chapter NVIDIA recently admitted that plans for technological migration products of the brand he is not ready to share, but the thought of going on FinFET it inspires.  TSMC is just about to combine FinFET and 16-nm process.   AMD, in turn, said the ability of the 28-nm process technology for a long time to delight consumers while not hiding intentions to begin delivery in 2015 of some 20 nm products.   Related Products :
