P4FSB1333-650 Asrok motherboard with Intel processor was seen this week in Japanese retail. Note that the installed processor Celeron 420 (1.6 GHz) was overclocked to 333 Mhz in the system bus witch result in 2.66 Ghz frequency .  Producer explains that the celeron processor at 2.66 GHz frequency has the same performance level as Pentium 4 processor 650 in default mode. For this reason the motherboard get the suffix 650 .  ASRock warns that the motherboard works in overclocked regime , so the PCI Express frequency is increased to 115 MHz.  The chipset Intel i945GC rev A2 supports many Intel LGA 775 processor except quad core . In Japan, this complex worth $ 126 (processor+motherboard).
