It was assumed that Intel company will Announces 45 nm processors series Core 2 Quad Core 2 Duo in January 2008 . It was considered also that these processors will be presented during the first week of January. Following the recent Intel road map  , the  45 nm processors Yorkfield and Wolfdale will be presented on January 20, 2008. The Expected prices are: Core 2 Quad Q9550 (2.83 GHz, 2 x 6 MB cache) -> $ 530; Core 2 Quad Q9450 (2.66 GHz, 2 x 6 MB cache) -> $ 316; Core 2 Quad Q9300 (2.5 GHz, 2 x 3 MB cache) -> $ 266; Core 2 Duo E8500 (3.16 GHz, 6 MB cache) -> $ 266; Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.0 GHz, 6 MB cache) -> $ 183; Core 2 Duo E8300 (2.83 GHz, 6 MB cache) -> price is not determined; Core 2 Duo E8200 (2.66 GHz, 6 MB cache) -> $ 163; Core 2 Duo E8190 (2.66 GHz, 6 MB cache) -> $ 163. High end processors Core 2 Extreme QX9775 (3.2 GHz, LGA 771) and Core 2 Extreme QX9770 (3.2 GHz, LGA 775) was valued at $ 1499 and $ 1399 will be presented before the end of the first quarter. In January, the share of 45 nm processor in Intel companies desktop sector will be equal to 10%, by March quad processor Yorkfield proportion will rise to 50%, the proportion of dual-core processors Wolfdale will rise to 25%.   Related Products :
