Sapphire company began the supply of graphics card Radeon HD 3850 512 MB Ultimate . Here is the announced card .  Without load the graphics card works at 297/1656 MHz frequencies , the core heat up to 45 degrees Celsius. Under load the frequency is equal to 668/1656 MHz , the core temperature rises to 78 degrees.  Finally, if we increase the frequency to 756/2052 MHz the video chip temperature reach 84 degrees Celsius. The passively cooled video card from Sapphire has an acceptable video chip temperature as well as overclock reserve .
