Let us begin from the nearest changes in Intel Price- list . They are planned for the second  March - witch will be coupled with the release of 65 nm processor Core 2 Duo E4700 (2.6 GHz) ( cost $133 ), and also the processor Core 2 Duo E2220 (2.4 GHz) ( cost $84 ). Both support 800 MHz fsb, the first has 2 mb cache in the second level, the second only 1 mb cache. Even during January , Intel will lower the prices of Pentium E2180 (2.0 GHz) and Pentium E2160 (1.8 GHz) - with $84 and $74 to $74 and $64 respectively. The first dual core Celeron (Celeron 440 (2.0 GHz))  will fall in price   - from $59 to $53. On 20 April The Prices of the following desktop processors will change: Core 2 quad Q6700 (2.66 GHz): $530 - > $266; Core 2 quad Q6600 (2.4 GHz): $266 - > $224; Core 2 duo E4600 (2.4 GHz): $133 - > $113; Pentium E2200 (2.2 GHz): $84 - > $74; Pentium E2180 (2.0 GHz): $74 - > $64; Celeron 440 (2.0 GHz): $53 - > $44; Celeron 430 (1.8 GHz): $44 - > $34. Furthermore, precisely, on 20 April will be presented the  45 nm dual core processor Core 2 duo E8300 (2.83 GHz) with 1066 MHz bus and 6 mb cache in the second level . Its  cost will be $163 as the two near according to their  characteristics 45 nm processor Wolfdale - Core 2 Duo E8200 (2.66 GHz) and Core 2 duo E8190 (2.66 GHz). To the end of the second quarter intel will present Core 2 Duo E7200 (2.53 GHz) processors ( cost $133 ), and also dual core Celeron E1400 (2.0 GHz) cost $53. The latter will replace the celeron E1200 (1.6 GHz). In the third quarter , intel plan to announce the 45 nm  processors Core 2 Quad Q9650 (3.0 GHz), Core 2 Quad Q9400 (2.66 GHz, 6 mb cache) and Core 2 duo E8600 (3.33 GHz). Related Products :
