T-Platforms company introduced a computer-type all-in-one Meadowsweet Terminal, which is the first mass-based system Russian 2-core processor Baikal-T1. Note that the sample "Meadowsweet Terminal" with Russia's processor was presented at the Embedded World exhibition, which took place in Nuremberg from 23 to 25 February.
Monoblock "Meadowsweet Terminal" is a workstation on a Linux Debian 8 platform, which can also be used as a thin client. The system is equipped with a 21.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Volume of DDR3 RAM can be from 2 to 8 GB, and the proposed 2.5-inch SSD-drive to store data, which can complement the 8 GB NAND Flash and 8 GB Disk-on-Chip SSD.
Also "Meadowsweet Terminal" has a pair of built-in speakers rated at 2.5 W, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four connectors USB 2.0, card reader and a 3.5-mm headphone jack. Separately, it is worth noting that the new product supports remote desktop protocols RDP and VNC. It is also reported of the possibility of modifications to the discrete graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M 2GB GDDR5, and the amount of RAM up to 32 GB.
Computer "Meadowsweet Terminal" is now available for order and the beginning of deliveries scheduled for the second quarter 2016. Related Products :
