NVIDIA Corporation will announce new graphics card on the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) 2016 event in April.
Earlier it was reported that Pascal graphics processors will be equipped with high-speed memory HBM2. However, graphics card called GeForce GTX 1080 (according to other sources GeForce GTX 1800) will be based on the graphic processor GP104 and will be equipped with 8 GB of GDDR5X video memory .
Also, according to rumors, GeForce GTX 1080 will be released on May 27, a few days before Computex 2016. The novelty will be equipped with one 8-pin power connectors, that is, its power consumption does not exceed 225 watts.
