Acer plans to reorganize the project, which resulted in the company's business will be divided into three main segments: PC, cloud and data centers, and reinvestment. It is reported that Acer plans to create three units, each of which will be engaged in the corresponding direction.  As a result, Acer will be the reorganization of the holding company, which will manage the created subsidiaries. The division responsible for the PC business will produce computers, monitors, projectors and servers.  A subsidiary of the company responsible for the system and cloud data centers will primarily deal with the cloud service Acer BYOC (Build Your Own Cloud) and data center eDC (e-Enabling Data Center).
