Sapphire and PowerColor companies already produced video card radeon HD 3850 with 1 Gb memory GDDR- 3. PowerColor placed all memory microcircuits on the face side .
just like PowerColor , Sapphire radeon HD 3850 has also all memory on the face side of graphic card:  Cooling unit is equipped with sufficiently large fan in order to combine the low noise level and high cooling efficiency . It is asserted that video card works at default frequencies 703/1658 MHz; therefore it is possible to speak about insignificant core overclock relative to the standard version radeon HD 3850 (670 MHz video chip).  No memory microcircuits on the back side.  PowerColor and sapphire uses sufficiently dense GDDR- 3 microcircuits in order to collect 1 Gb capacity with eight microcircuits.
