DisplayPort interface actively moves in the market, as confirmation yesterday's was announced the video card ATI fireMV 2260, presented by AMD company.
It is equipped with two displayPort interfaces . The basic destination of this card is the use in systems which work with large financial centers. Producer does not indicate the graphic processor, used in this solution, but it is similar to RV620, already used in radeon HD 3400. DDR2 Memory volume is 256 MB., system bus is (supposedly) 256- bit.  AMD positions accelerator as a good solution for work with 2d, but with three-dimensional acceleration support, sufficient for assuring compatibility with Windows vista aero interface . As the external interface in ATI fireMV 2260 we have here the compact PCI express x1. Sales of video card will begin during April on the recommended price $249.
