As we already reported the retail prices of DDR3 memory module where lowered. This was confirmed in official press release by qimonda company .  The two memory module aeneon XTUNE DDR 3-1600 with 2 GB volume cost now $340. Those module are intended for NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI motherboards. According to the company, aeneon XTUNE DDR3 were checked for stable operation at frequencies higher than1680 MHz with default voltage 1,5 v.
