Shortly before the official announcement of processors Kaby Lake, Intel managed to distribute a notice of withdrawal from production of the three budget models: Pentium J2900, Celeron J1900 and Celeron J1800. All of them were released on 22 nm technology, and belonged to the family of Bay Trail, finding use in nettops, netbooks and cheap laptops.
Intel mentions the reason for their abolition is simple - demand has shifted to other processors models . However, the model Celeron J1900 granted second life in the form of transfer to the components segment for embedded solutions. Related Products :
