A new patent application filed by Motorola, alluding to the fact that the new smartphone will get a brand iris scanner.
As suggested by the publication, the first smartphone with built-in Motorola eye iris scanner will become the new flagship Moto Z, which will be released this year. iT will also receive eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 835 with 4 GB RAM and will run on the new Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. In addition, it will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor to the iris scanner eyes Moto Z 2017 model year, built into the Home button.
Motorola patent application states that the iris scanner will consist of two narrow-angle lenses for focusing on the user's eyes. Like a fingerprint scanner, an iris scanner will unlock the smart phone without a password, and authenticate to various services and programs that support the biometric identification.
