Sony has confirmed its participation in the forthcoming fair Mobile World Congress (MWC two thousand and seventeen), which starts at the end of February in Barcelona.
According to PhoneArena, at a press conference at the MWC 2017, Sony will present its new flagship, developed under the code name "Yoshino". It will be equipped with 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 4K (3840x2160 pixels) and a camera with a new Sony IMX400 sensor. In its base lies a new eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 835, complete with 4 or 6 GB of RAM.
In addition to Sony "Yoshino" the Japanese company is preparing to release another 4 new smartphones. They are the code names "BlancBright", "Keyaki" ( "zelkova"), "Hinoki" ( "cypress") and "Mineo" and may be presented with a new flagship at the MWC 2017.
Sony "BlancBright" will also be treated to top-end devices with the appropriate specifications. It will get a 5.5-inch display with Quad HD (2560x1440 pixels) camera with the new Sony IMX400 sensor and a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or Snapdragon 653 with 4 GB of RAM.
midrange smartphone Sony "Keyaki" will get a 5.2-inch display with a resolution of Full HD (1920x1080 pixels), 4GB of RAM, built-in storage to 64 GB, and two cameras: a 23-megapixel main and a 16-megapixel front. His heart will chip MediaTek Helio P20.
Sony "Hinoki" get a more modest specifications. It will be equipped with 5-inch display with HD resolution (1280x720 pixels), the processor MediaTek Helio P20 with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory.
