Toshiba, which presented the prototype Of spursEngine to public on exhibition CEATEC JAPAN 2007 (in the past year), reported that the processor image : card for accelerating video processing is already ready .  The card spursEngine SE1000, as we already reported, was based on cell broadband engine processor and allow to decode/encode video formats : MPEG-2, MPEG-4 AVC/h.264 (hardware level).  The power of such processor composes (48 GigaFLOPS). SpursEngine SE1000 Characteristics :
