Fifteen years ago enthusiasts used specialized brackets to place additional fans in the internal space of the system unit, aimed at individual components. As a rule, the "north bridge" of the motherboard or components of the video card not covered by the standard cooling, or requiring additional attention due to overclocking, usually needed.
Times are changing, and now the manufacturers of cooling systems are increasingly trying to provide an accessory that will make owners of solid-state drives in the performance of M.2 spend extra money on it. Active cooling systems SSD ceased to be a rarity, and colleagues from the site AKIBA PC Hotline managed to find in Japanese stores one of the devices that allow additional SSD fans to be fixed in the vicinity of SSD.
The proposed brackets have a primitive configuration, which allows you to place the fans either parallel to the plane of the motherboard, or perpendicularly. The base of the bracket is fixed in the bar that covers the expansion slot on the back of the system unit.
The bracket can accommodate either one 120 mm fan or two 92 mm fans. Related Products :
