NVIDIA Company as it was expected, prepared its solution against competitor product (AMD RV670, RV635, RV620 and RV770) in the mobile market : 55- nm solution. NVIDIA plans to present the GeForce 9800M GTS, code name NB9E-GT1 and the new accelerator GeForce 9800M GT (designation NB9E-GS1). Both products will be made according to 55 nm standards based on GPU architecture G94b. The adapters GeForce 9800M GTS and GeForce 9800M GT will be equipped with 1 GB GDRR3 memory . The adapter GeForce 9800M GTS will be also released on 55- nm chip (G96b); designation NB9P-GT. | ||
