Company Memblaze introduced SSD Pblaze5. The series has produced two series of SSDs: the Pblaze5 700 series and the Pblaze5 900 series. Each of them includes both drives in the U.2 form factor (2.5 inches) and in the PCIe HHHL expansion card form factor.
The largest in capacity of the drive came in the youngest 700 series, the volume of which is 11 terabytes. In addition to this model, in the 700 series there are capacities of 2, 3.6, 4 and 8 TB. The 900 series includes models with a volume of 2, 3.2, 4 and 8 TB. All models are based on 3D NAND eTLC memory, but the guaranteed rewriting resource for the series is different. So, the 700-series models can be rewritten once a day during the warranty period, and models of the 900
series - up to three complete re-writes of the volume per day.
The steady speed of reading and writing models in the form factor U.2 with PCIe 3.0 x4 interface is 3.2 / 2.4 GB / s, and for drives in the form factor HHHL with PCIe 3.0 x8 interface is 6 / 2.4 GB / s. The values of IOPS, respectively, reach 760/210 K and 1042/210 K. The range of consumption lies in the range of 7-23 W. Related Products :
