According to last AMD road map , the company intends to develop processors with TDP level not more than 65 W within 65 nm technology, and with passage on 45 nm technical process AMD will present the four core AMD processor with TDP level not more than 45 W.
Economical four core processor is the Phenom X 9100e (1.8 GHz), which is supplied on OEM- channels for approximately $200. This processor is based on B2 stepping , and only in the end of this block as replacement AMD will present the processor phenom X4 9150e (1.8 GHz), based on B3 stepping . However, in the third quarter, at the same time AMD will release the processor model phenom X4 9350e (2.0 GHz). In the fourth quarter will appear the four core 65 nm processor with higher clock frequency and TDP level equal to 65 W.
This week the box version Of phenom X4 9100e (1.8 GHz) appeared in Japanese stores. AMD as always note the cache in the second and third level. This Processor has 4 X 512 KB cache in the second level and 2mb cache in the third level. This processor relates also to the energetically effective class , and has a TDP level not more than 65 W.
HD9100BJ4BGD Marking talk about : B2 stepping , release date in the middle of December ( last year ). In Japan this processor is proposed in limited quantities for approximately $213. Related Products :
