The interesting product Asus XG station appeared in the retail market. During March we reported, that Asus decided to supply this external video card for notebook only on OEM channels. Associates report that now Asus released XG station for the retail market. Device will be supplied in the package with GeForce 8600 GT, which has 256mb GDDR- 3 memory and frequency 540/1400 MHz. XG station allows notebook owner to increase the speed of graphic system by 6,7 times in comparison with integrated chipset intel 965GM. And it is provided with two ports DVI, TV-out with HDTV support , two ports USB 2.0. The device is compatible with Dolby technologies . Asus reports that XG station is compatible with interface express card in the following notebook models : W5F, W6F, U5F, U1E, F3SA, F3SV, U6S, R1E, U3F, Lamborghini. Compatibility with other notebooks are not defined. XG station can be coupled with two video card and SLI technology support . On sale Asus XG station will appear in the middle of June for approximately 300 Euros (This include the cost Of video card GeForce 8600 GT ) . Related Products : | ||
