One of the cheapest mobile PC presented is the Razor 400, released by American company 3K. The use of microprocessor jz4740 from ingenic Chinese company allowed to attain 299$ price , . This chip work at 400 MHz frequency. It is produced on the 180- nm technical process, but this did not prevent the tiny size (overall sizes are only 13 X 13 mm) and it consume about 200 mW . Usually Jz4740 was adapted in GPS- navigators, portable media player and similar devices; therefore there is no guarantee that Razor 400 will be quick. This laptop computer work under Linux. Its remaining characteristics correspond to Eee PC 701 and many others: 512 mb. memory, 4 GB flash- memory, 7 inches display with 800 x 480 pixels, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. | ||
