Yesterday sapphire company officially presented the video card radeon HD 4870 with TOXIC suffix , which  combine the vaporizing chamber and three heat pipes cooling . The question here is how the Vapor- X cooling improve the card temperature ? does it have only a decorative function? Sapphire promises, in comparison with the standard version radeon HD 4870 the  TOXIC version reduce the video chip temperature by 22% under load, and by 32% in the quiescent conditions. 	What does it mean that the temperature is decreased by 22%. The absolute temp, the centigrade or fahrenheit? read that the TOXIC is 54 °C at load. 54 is 22% less than 69 (°C). 54°C=129°F, which is \"22% less\" than 166°F = 74°C. with absolute temp: 54°C=327K, 22% less than 419K = 146°C
