On xtremeSystems.org forum pages appeared a branch of results, which describes experiments on testing asus P6T deluxe (Intel x58) and different processors LGA 1366. During the first stage the author of experiment used the engineering model processor core i 7-920 (2.66 GHz) stepping B0 and dual-channel memory DDR- 3; therefore processors stepping C0 with the three-channel memory must be faster .
At the default frequency core i 7-920 (2.66 GHz) executed Superpi in 15,359 seconds, and the 32 mb test in 13 minutes and 58,219 seconds.
Increasing the QPI frequency to 190-210 MHz it was possible to overclock the processor to 4 GHz. Related Products :
