Recently AMD company openly reported that a party of radeon HD 4830 video card with incorrect BIOS version, appeared in retail ( only 560 stream processors ). HIS company , extended a limited quantity of valuable video card radeon HD 4830 with incorrect Bios. Now to fix this problem a BIOS update is required .
Here is the list of series numbers for video cards , which suffered from the incorrect version Bios :

If your HD radeon 4830 is from HIS productions, then pass to the following stage :

Download GPU- Z.
If GPU- Z reflects the quantity of stream processor less than 640, then update the BIOS .

Here is the step required to update the bios:

Download the correct version from here.
Unpack the archive HD4830_SJ3G01.ZIP.
Execute the file sJ3G01_00R_01.exe.
After the update the computer will reboot

The bios update procedure requires from user a minimum efforts.
