This motherboard is intended for Intel core i7 processors and based on Intel x58 express. This motherboard, according to the company, set a world record : frequency B -Clock was equal to 215 MHz. Let us recall, that Intel core i7 processors frequencies are determined relative to the base frequency B -Clock with the aid of multiplier. For example, the processor clock frequency is equal to B -Clock x CPU multiplier, and the QPI frequency is equal to B -Clock x QPI multiplier. The regular B -Clock value for processors Intel core i7 965XE, 940 and 920 is equal to 133 MHz. | ||
