During the international exhibition ceBIT 2009, appeared the notebook : taiwanMobile w101. In this case associate reports that this device was developed by quanta company, and it will be extended in Europe by the connection operator honeycomb vodafone. The 10.1- inches notebook display has the wide-format (16:9) and support the resolution 1024x576 pixels. The weight of this device is only 935 grams. It includes the standard processor Intel atom n270 and Intel 945GSE . The remaining characteristics do not impress : this device is equipped only with 512 Mb memory and SSD disk with 8 GB volume. In spite of the low performance, the portable computer is coupled with the operating system Windows XP. The standard battery includes only three cells. The notebook is also equipped with 802.11b/g wiFi module, three USB- ports, audio port, card reader and built-in Web- camera. TaiwanMobile w101 is already accessible for preliminary order for 6,990 Taiwan dollars (about 200 US dollars). | ||
