Lynnfield processors , which will appear in the third quarter present year, in the frequencies range from 2.66 to 2.93 GHz will have a value TDP not more than 95 W. The memory controller will officially support dual-channel DDR 3-1066 and DDR 3-1333 memory. It should be noted that the memory controller of core i7 processors officially support only DDR 3-800 and DDR 3-1066 memory; however, the triple-channel memory access organization ensures a high bandwidth. Furthermore, unofficially the core i7 memory controller is capable to work even with DDR 3-2000 modules. Clarkdale processors will exist in two energy classes: with the TDP level not more than 87 and not more than 73 W respectively. Lynnfield processors , besides the versions with TDP not are more than 95 W, they will be released in versions with TDP level not more than 82 W, They will operate at the frequency not less than 2.66 GHz.
