Now western digital, start the delivery of the solid-state disks siliconDrive III . They as before are intended for built in technology, automobiles, medical equipment, military equipment and data processing centers .  Although these SSD are produced in form factors 1.8 and 2.5 inches, and they are equipped with SATA-300 and Parallel ATA interfaces .The average data transmission speed on reading operations does not exceed 100 mb/s, on writing operations 80 mb./s.
