On the company estimation , HD4650 SCS3 and HD4350 SCS model, equipped with passive cooling systems, consume up to 38% and 24% energy less than their straight competitors : 3d- card GeForce 9500 GT and 8400 GS.  and HD4650 SCS3.jpg) Those video accelerators support DirectX 10.1 and include 512 MB DDR2 memory , which works at 800 MHz frequency. GPU Clock frequency is equal to 600 MHz. The model HD4650 SCS3 has the memory bus 128- bit, and the number of stream processors is equal to 320.
