Gateway presented a new computer series SX , in this case, we deal with the model SX2800-01.  The case size is 272 x 107 x 330 mm , it includes the chipset Intel G43 express + ICH10, the processor Intel core 2 Quad q8200 (2,33 GHz), 4 GB memory, HDD with 640 GB volume, optical drive 18x DVD, device for read and memory write, nine ports USB 2.0, ports IEEE 1394a and eSATA, net adapter 10/100/1000 Gigabit ethernet. Perhaps, the only weak side of this system is the integrated graphic processor GMA x4500. However, when desired this weak place can be strengthened by the discrete 3d- card : this system proposes a slot PCI- E x16. The price Of gateway SX, indicated on the company site , begins from $500.  Other two novelties relate to the DX series . Their case is somewhat larger than in SX. In the producer opinion , DX4300-03 ($750) and DX4820-02 ($900) computers are suitable for multimedia entertainments and games. The first model is built on AMD platform, has the processor phenom X4 9750 (2,4 GHz), 8 GB memory, 3d- card ATI radeon HD 4650 with 1 GB memory, HDD with 1 TB volume , optical disk and TV- tuner. The second model, shown in the lower photograph, is completed by 23 inch monitor. In its specifications, it is possible to note the processor Intel core 2 Quad q8400 (2,66 GHz), 8 GB DDR3 memory, the 3d- card GeForce g210 with 512 MB memory, HDD with 750 GB volume and optical disk.
