With this AMD expects to preserve its voices in the board of company directors and the priority status of globalfoundries client . At the given moment to AMD belong up to 34% of company actions . As reports associate with the reference to the statements of financial AMD director , company does not intend to participate in the measures for an increase in globalfoundries capital , which are planned during the present half-year. Thus, if Globalfoundries in this year increases its capital, AMD portion in it will automatically decrease. | ||
