Accordingly, AMD 785G chipset can work both with socket AM3 processors and DDR-3 memory and with socket AM2+ processors and DDR-2 memory . AMD 785G does not bring any revolutionary changes .The support of directX 10.1 and UVD 2.0, and also HDMI 1.3 appeared.
The north bridge AMD 785G will be coupled with simpler and more accessible south bridge SB750.
