THE LARGEST HUM in the Halls of Old Taipei is coming from the motherboard engineers. It mutters the word Intel, and the real reason why Conroe is being launched on third week of July, while it is, in fact, all ready to go to market. The reason for the delay is the paper-launch of the P965 and Q965 chipsets, which aren't ready for mass production. Yet. The PCB designs are ready, engineering samples are overclocking like hell – but there are no production chipsets available, it seems.
