Associates Tom's Hardware Guide has talked to the founder of Oculus VR Lucky Palmer , who shared his thoughts on trends in virtual reality technologies.  According to him, the most important deterrent to the development of virtual reality devices are computing capabilities of graphics processors.  Headsets have to be optimized for a reasonable speed - 90 frames per second for the current version of the Oculus Rift, for example.  And to achieve this speed, rendering the scene, the graphics quality has to be reduced. On the other hand, Oculus VR is not going to artificially limit the possibility of working on computers with headsets low productivity.  The user may only be issued a warning that all existing configuration will run very slowly.  Similarly, Oculus VR will not limit the duration of the session, and work with virtual reality.   The most expensive part of the system to work with virtual reality will be the personal computer.  Oculus VR could sell Rift headset for $ 100 or even $ 50, covering the costs at the expense of deductions from the software ecosystem, but the high cost required to operate the computer with a helmet will become a major limiting factor.   In the future, the headset will be comparable in size to conventional glasses, and all the necessary calculations would be made "on-board" electronics, and PC connectivity is not required. Over time, virtual reality headsets and spread in the segment of video game consoles, but hopes Oculus VR communicates with the mobile device market.  The form factors such decisions may be different, and not always have to insert a smartphone headset worn on the head.  In general, according to Palmer Lucky, virtual reality will  make people's lives better, and gloomy scenarios from science fiction films are not far from reality. Intel received a half orders for modems for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which will be presented this autumn.  On Wednesday reported by AppleInsider, citing an analyst at Northland Capital Markets.
