Many readers for sure will agree with the opinion that it is not possible to measure human consciousness by formal quantitative characteristics. In these case people do not cease to compete with computers in order to prove its superiority due to the ability  to think reasonably. In the opinion of Bruce Katz professor, who release studies in the region of artificial intellect,  already in the distant future human reason and computer can be changed by positions: machines will begin to help people to more completely open the potential of brain. For example, the contents of human memory will be loaded in the certain computer, which will allow the brain to get rid from a number of the physiological and evolutionary limitations: The limitations of short term and long-term memory  - now human brain is capable to store as much information, as computer hard disk in the ninetieth years past century. Limitations on the calculations speed   - although the brain is the similarity of computer with a large quantity of parallel processors, each neuron (read - processor) possesses very low speed. Limitations of thinking rationality   - human consciousness is far from impartially, we too strongly depend on emotions. The limitations of creative abilities - for the technology of artificial intellect allow to develop the creative abilities much simpler than to raise the overall intellect level  . Limitations in a quantity of simultaneously developed concepts - now human brain is not capable  to be effectively concentrated on more than one concept per time unit . It cannot be excluded that neuron engineering will allow to increase the effectiveness of the use of human consciousness and memory.  However, the science fiction writers of the past century were also assured that in the third millennium people will begin to settle in adjacent planets.
