We already reported about Intel achievements in the mastery of advanced semiconductor microcircuit production technology : on IDF 2009 were shown the first microcircuits models  , prepared on 22- nm technology. The deliveries of 32-nm processors already began. Company named four factories, diverted under the 32-nm technical process. The sum of expenditures for the mastery of this technology for two years is evaluated in 7 billions of dollars.
