Globalfoundries company is prepared for the passage on 32 nm technical process in the second-half of 2010. After securing the financial support of Arab shareholders, it not only began the building of new factory in USA, but also agreed about the purchase of chartered semiconductor company  . If expenditures for scientific research work with the mastery of 90 nm and 65 nm technical process was measured for approximately $310-400 ml., then in the case with 45/32 nm technical process the value grows to $600-900 ml., and in the case with 22/12 nm technical process it will reach $1,3 billion : 90/65 nm - > $2,5 - 3,5 billion; 45/32 nm - > $3,5 - 4 billion; 22/12 nm - > $4,5 - 6 billion.
