Albatron technology company released 42- inch monitor albatron optical touch monitor (OTM). In the device is used the optical sensor of touches : for detecting user actions camera are used . According to Albatron, the technology indicated is suitable for large size screens. In comparison with the resistance panel, the sensor albatron OTM has higher sensitivity, accuracy and reliability. Producer also emphasizes that the price of this solution is very competitive. Monitor is capable to recognize several touches simultaneously . The absence of sensory surface above the screen, which worsens brightness and image contrast relates to the advantages of optical sensors over resistance panels. Moreover, sensory panels physically are worn out in the operation process  , since they are calculated for mechanical contact. Furthermore, the cost of resistance sensory panels grow proportional to an increase in the screen size  . The monitor albatron OTM has the wide-format screen (16:9) and the resolution 1920x1080 . In other words, it ensures full HD 1080p. For connection to the signal source, the device is equipped with HDMI, DVI and D -sub. Related Products :
