Intel company released an exclusive processor for the Chinese market - pentium E6500K (2.93 GHz) with the free multiplier, which was proposed to local residents on the price less than $100.  Now in Japanese market a limited party of the pentium E6500K processors appeared.   Let us recall that this processor with the marking SLGYP has two cores, it operates at the frequency 2.93 GHz, bus supported is 1066 MHz, it is equipped with 2 mb cache in the second level and satisfied by TDP value not more than 65 W.
