Psion company attempted to obtain a compensation from Intel in the size of $1,2 billion due to the use of word netbook and now Intel can completely freely use the word netbook. In the case with the term smartbook, which determines the name of devices, which combine the functions of smart phone (ARM- processor and the long battery life) and netbook, now some problem appeared. It occurs, that the German company smartbook AG possesses rights to the trade mark Of smartbook. Smartbook AG already forced in the judicial order Qualcomm company to forego the use of the word smart book in Germany territory . Qualcomm is one of ARM- architecture processor producers  , which are used in the new devices class , which was arranged between netbook and smart phone. However, Smartbook AG possesses rights to the trade mark smartbok in the extensive enumeration of countries: Austria, Australia, Benelux, Switzerland, Czech republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy,  DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF KOREA, South Korea, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the Russian Federation, Sweden, Singapore, Turkey, the Ukraine.
