In summer this year scythe company transferred the part of its cooler to the B revision, after equipping with them with fastening for motherboard with LGA 1156 socket. For the owners of old cooler system , fastening under LGA 1156/1366 is proposed separately for $7.95.
Now B revision is one of the most successful super-cooler scythes, known by Mugen 2. Changes touched only fastening system, which now ensures compatibility with LGA 775/1156/1366 and Socket 478, and also Socket 754/939/940/AM2/ AM3/AM2+. The fastening system previous revision proposed to the owners of Intel processors with nehalem architecture only supports LGA 1366:  As its producer calls, compatibility with all contemporary processor types is provided .  The fastening for LGA 775/1366 was also modernized.  Other characteristics of scythe mugen 2 remained unchanged: with the overall dimensions 130 X 100 X 158 mm, its weight is 870 grams, and it is equipped with 120 mm fan, which rotate at 1300 rp/min with the noise level not more than 26.5 dB.
