We already reported about the characteristics, price and the names of 32 nm clarkdale processors.
It is known that on one base layer clarkdale and Arrandale processors will include two crystals, executed on different technological processes: north bridge with the graphic core and memory controller will be released on 45 nm crystal, and computational core will be placed on 32 nm crystal.
The built-in graphic core of clarkdale and Arrandale processors will be able to reproduce video from blu-ray disk. The graphic system of these processors will be also able to simultaneously produce two threads of HD video . The dynamic acceleration of graphic core on turbo boost technology will be realized only for the mobile processors arrandale, desktop clarkdale will be limited to the support Of turbo boost only for the processor core. Moreover, the series core i3 will not support this technology , although it will preserve the hyper-Threading technology.
Intel simultaneously published the studies results , which confirm the urgency of graphic core introduction in the processors. 27% of users regularly process on their computers digital photographs. Intel asserts that 32 nm the processors will allow to increase the sharpness of photographs in the program photoshop by 28% faster than preceding 45 nm processors. 18% of users regularly edit on computers video.
