Yesterday company sparkle reported about the release of video card geForce 7600 GT on the base the long-awaited 0.08 m chip G73-B1; however, the frequencies of this video card were equal to standard - 560/1400 MHz. Meanwhile the majority of our readers from 0.08 m chip G73-B1 waited not for the reduction in the energy consumption, but for the improvement in overclocking and characteristics.
Attempt to overclock video card geForce 7600 GT on the base of 0.08 m chip still to the moment not so great . the company sparkle just released the appropriate product on the name caliber p768. This video card obtained an active cooling system, which however does not give a special attention to cool the memory. Which is characteristic,That the connector for additional power from the printed-circuit board has disappeared.

Video card operate at frequencies 650/1600 MHz against usual 560/1400 MHz, sparkle call Caliber p768 the most rapid geForce 7600 GT on the market.

Sparkle notes that the use of 0.08 m chip G73-B1 makes possible not only to reduce the level of the energy consumption (absence of connector to the additional power as confirmation), but also improved the frequency potential. At the default frequencies caliber p768 is 12% faster than the standard geForce 7600 GT in test 3DMark 06. Most likely, the overclock to 650 MHz on the core will not be a limit, and this video card will be overclock more.
