The producers of HDD obtain the possibility to step by step increase the volume of produced models, passing to the use of magnetic plate with the higher density writing. In the HDD standard size 3.5 " now are used magnetic plate with 500 GB volume, that allow to create HDD with 2 Tb volume on base of four such plates. The updated TDK company road map report that, the magnetic plate with 640 GB volume will appear in desktop segment literally in the following month, and to November, they will be prescribed in the series HDD standard size 3.5”. This will allow producers to create HDD model with 2.5 Tb volume on base of four magnetic plate, or to attempt to reach 3 TB with the use of five magnetic plate HDD standard size 2.5 will use magnetic sheets with 375 GB volume to October this year. During this period on the market can appear HDD standard size 2.5 inches with  750 GB volume, which will be suitable for use in notebooks. Related Products :
