The presented yesterday processor atom n470 (1.83 GHz) together with the higher frequency and price obtained higher TDP level. If the model atom n450 the TDP value was equal to 5.5 W, then in the case of Atom n470 it grew to 6.5 W.
This processor was already noted in CeBIT 2010 in the composition of netbook asus eeePC 1018P. This mobile computer not only will obtain aluminum case with thickness not more than 18 mm and USB 3.0 support, but also will propose as option bluetooth 3.0 support.  Asus new generation netbook can use not only the processors atom n450 and Atom n470, but also the optimized versions of these processors, which will obtain the names atom n455 and Atom n475, respectively.  It is assumed that atom processors with 5 numbers will support DDR3 memory. Now atom n4xx processors propose only DDR 2-667 support. Related Products : | ||
