BIOSTAR Company released a new motherboard on new generation AMD chipset. The models TA870+ and TA870, relate to T series, and are based on the chipset AMD 870X.
Both motherboards are made in the standard size ATX and are calculated for AM3 processors. The five-phase power diagram allows to install a processor with TDP to 140 W. Producer notes that those motherboards will support phenom II X6 processors, whose release is expected soon.  In the construction of motherboards only solid-state chemical capacitors are used. There are two slots PCI-Express x16, PCI-Express x1 and PCI. Four slot for memory modules DDR 3-1800 (OC). Elder model obtained the eight-channel sound system (codec ALC892), in the low-end the quantity of channels is limited to six. TA870+ has a IEEE 1394a port. Furthermore, there are five ports SATA 3 Gbit/s and one eSATA 3 Gbit/s. Related Products : | ||
