The presented recently ATI firePro RG220 was characterized by the use of pCoIP interface and directX 10.1 support .
FirePro RG220 is equipped with RV711 video chip with 80 stream processors and with 64- bit bus. Besides it, there is a bridge PCI express from PLX production, gigabit switch realtek and controller PCoIP.  The most interesting, that on the printed-circuit board Of firePro RG220 there are memory microcircuits with two types: GDDR- 3 and RDRAM. The last memory type , developed by rambus company , adapted in graphic systems of gaming consoles . If GDDR3 memory interacts with video chip, then RDRAM microcircuits are here provided for the needs of pCoIP controller. Related Products : | ||
